Crosstown Theater Covid-19 Safety Protocols

Concerts International will follow all safety protocols required by Crosstown Arts for the Crosstown Theater venue. Currently, Crosstown Theater requires all attendees to be masked and show proof of covid-19 vaccination for entry.  Social distance seating is encouraged when choosing your general admissions seat upon entry. CROSSTOWN ARTS  COVID-19 Policy for Events

 

Crosstown Arts’ COVID-19 procedures are effective starting on January 1, 2022. If pandemic conditions improve, Crosstown Arts will revisit the current procedures and make adjustments to relax protocols as needed.

THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS FOR ALL GUESTS AGES 5 YEARS OR OLDER:
– Provide proof of vaccination (two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or one dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine)
– Provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 Hours

PROOF OF VACCINATION
WHAT DO I NEED?

Please present an official vaccination card or a photo (digital or physical) when checking in to the event. You will need BOTH doses of the vaccine, and you will need to be 14 DAYS from your second vaccination before attending an event. You will also need a government-issued ID (ex: driver’s license, CAC or Military ID, passport, social security card) that matches the name on your vaccination card. Children under the age of 16 will not be required to show a photo ID when arriving with an adult.

DOES IT MATTER WHICH COVID-19 VACCINE I RECEIVED?
Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson are all accepted.

DO I NEED A BOOSTER SHOT?
Currently, you only need to show proof of having two doses at least 14 days before your event.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO OR CAN’T PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION?
Not a problem. You can provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of arrival.

PROOF OF NEGATIVE TEST
All visitors 5 years or older without proof of vaccination must obtain proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours.

Visitors who received their second dose of Pfizer or Moderna vaccines within 14 days of visiting must obtain proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours. Visitors who received the Johson & Johnson vaccine within 14 days of visiting must obtain proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours.

Exceptions to this are allowed for children ages 5-17 with special needs who can remain masked inside the building unless eating or drinking.
